Start with a standard model when it meets your installation needs. For custom dimensions, fittings or packaging, send the differences from that model with your drawing so the team can assess the request.

  • Product family and reference model: sign standoffs, cable and rod fittings, or picture hanging hardware.
  • Dimensioned drawing, material, finish code, mating parts and critical tolerances.
  • Sample quantity, intended production quantity, repeat-order needs and destination country.
  • Requested delivery date, packaging or labeling requirements, and documentation needed for approval.

Step 1 — Inquiry and NDA
Send the product description, intended application and estimated order volume. Discuss confidentiality and any NDA requirements before sharing proprietary drawings.
Step 2 — DFM Review
Our engineering team reviews customer drawings or specifications for Design for Manufacture (DFM) — identifying any geometry, tolerance, or material modifications needed to produce the part efficiently and accurately at our facility.
Step 3 — Prototype Batch
Agree the sample quantity, cost, tooling and inspection documents before prototyping. Check the samples against the approved drawing and finish reference, then confirm any changes before production.
Step 4 — Production and Inspection
Full production run with standard multi-stage quality inspection. Batch inspection records issued per production order. Pre-shipment inspection conducted before despatch.
Step 5 — Ongoing Supply
Established OEM programs are managed as ongoing supply accounts — with agreed replenishment lead times, buffer stock options, and packaging updates as required.
